New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointments of Chief Vigilance Officers (CVOs) in these four PSUs on Wednesday. Here is the list:

Anant Kumar Singh (IPS) has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer of Indian Oil, a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. He has been appointed to the post for an initial period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until furthers order, whichever is earlier. Singh is a 1994-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as Officer on Special Duty (OSD)/Additional Director General (ADG) in Madhya Pradesh Bhawan, New Delhi.

Gitanjali Gupta (IAS) has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a PSU under the Ministry of Railways. She has been appointed to the post for an initial period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Gitanjali is a 1996-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of AGMUT cadre. She is currently serving as Secretary in GNCTD.

Khwairakpam Pratap Singh (IRPS) has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of North Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO), a PSU under the Ministry of Power. He has been appointed to the post for an initial period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Singh is an Indian Railways Police Service (IRPS) officer of 2000-batch.

B Kasiviswanathan (IRSME) has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer of ITI Limited, a PSU under the Department of Telecommunications. He has been appointed to the post for an initial period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post until further orders, whichever is earlier. Kasiviswanathan is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer of the 1992-batch. He is currently posted in South Western Railway (SWR) of the Indian Railways.
